  1. Here are the 13 reports of police misconduct tracked for Saturday, May 10 to Monday, May 12, 2014:

    • Update: Baltimore, Maryland (First reported 03-31-14): A detective [Detective Adam Lewellen] was sentenced to three years behind bars, with all but six months suspended and 300 hours of community service. Police say he lied about a drug sale to get a search and seizure warrant. Prosecutors say he then interfered with an investigation into his actions. He pled guilty to perjury and misconduct in office.
    • Okaloosa County, Florida: A deputy [Deputy Christopher David Ball] has been arrested on a felony charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. He is also suspended without pay pending termination.
    • Rockdale County, Georgia: An officer [Deputy Loretta Hernandez] has turned in her gun and badge after investigators discovered she was having sex on the job. She resigned after admitting to the act at least three times while on duty, including one instance where she delayed responding to a call.
    • Update: Mille Lacs County, Minnesota (Previously reported 03-26-14): A now-former sheriff’s deputy [Deputy Aaron Heuer] has been sentenced to 33 years in prison for sexually abusing several boys on a fishing trip.
    • Sandpoint, Idaho: A state police trooper [Trooper Daniel Howard ] has been suspended without pay as authorities investigate accusations he engaged in criminal activity in two northern Idaho counties.
    • Rockdale County, Georgia: A deputy [Deputy Chad Edwards Stuarte] is facing an internal investigation after a fight with his wife at Walmart led to an arrest for battery and family violence charges.
    • London, Kentucky: The police chief [Chief Stewart Walker] has resigned just a few weeks after his ex-girlfriend said he stalked her. He was suspended with pay after the woman, who used to live with him, filed for an emergency protective order.
    • Fayette County, Ohio: A man [Matthew David Kelly ] has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against a sheriff’s deputy and state trooper [Deputy Clinton Sines, Trooper Bryan Cook], accusing them of using excessive force after he was shot in the eye with a Taser stun gun. The lawsuit, which seeks more than $20 million, says the man now has near-total vision loss in that eye.
    • Update: Burbank, California (First reported 03-07-14): A now-former police officer [Officer Anthony Valento] was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison after he pled guilty to lying to investigators during a probe into an alleged scheme involving his girlfriend [Gayle Bassett] and her estranged husband [Jeremy Bassett].
    • Update: Bull Shoals, Arkansas (04-08-14): The police chief [Chief Daniel Sutterfield] has been indicted on a charge related to his use of excessive force in the arrest of a town resident [Nicholas Dore]. If convicted on the charge, he faces up to 10 years in prison.
    • Yakima, Washington: A detective [Detective Geoff Gronewald] is on administrative leave following allegations of improper conduct for his role in a double murder investigation. He is on paid leave until his hearing.
    • Update: Hearne, Texas (First reported 05-08-14): The officer [Stephen Stem] who shot and killed a 93-year-old woman [Perlie Golden] after responding to a 911 call at her house has been fired.
    • Galveston, Texas: Two men [Brandon Berry, Colton Hadaway] are suing over claims an off-duty police officer [Officer Miles Stedman Dumas] viciously attacked them.
