Perps: Several fools from the Radcliff Police Department suffering from an excess of testosterone coupled with insufficient intelligence

retaliation for asserting his first & fourth amendment rights

Several kids playing paintball were harassed by the Radcliff Police Department. One -- Ryan Seaman -- was arrested and illegally searched when he refused to identify himself.

Bottom line: Kentucky is not a "must identify" state, and the only identification requirement that the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld (Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada) is stating your name IF state statutes require it, which Kentucky's do not. You are not required to give a cop the time of day, and in most states (including Kentucky) you don't have to identify yourself either.

The not-so-bright cops also ordered the kids to stop recording them, which they refused to do. It appears that the children in Radcliff (this bunch anyway) are better versed in legal matters than the fools running around with guns and badges.
